The fact that you and your spouse cannot agree on how to divide your property in the property division process does not affect the divorce. According to Swedish law, property division and divorce are two entirely separate processes. You do not need to complete the property division in conjunction with the divorce; you can wait until after the divorce has been granted, or even much later if you so wish. Therefore, the court will process your divorce application and grant the divorce without taking into consideration whether you have reached an agreement regarding the division of your property.
